Avalon Suites, Salon & Spa began with our own dream of being entrepreneurs. When we broke ground for our first location in 2004, we had two little girls and a baby boy on the way! We have been incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to build a second and then a third location.

We are often asked what makes Avalon special. We believe the answer is FAMILY! Our journey began with our own parents teaching us about kindness and the value of doing what we know is right. With that knowledge, we have built a family that we are beyond thankful for – our Avalon family. We laugh with our professionals, lend a hand to one another and even lift each other up on difficult days.

Today, our littles are nearly all grown up, and it brings us immense joy to have them all involved in our family business. Emily and Zach assist with bookkeeping and remodeling. Our oldest daughter, Julia, has become our Director of Marketing. She loves coordinating days where we bring treats or gifts to the suites. Her focus is on spending time with our professionals and continuing to grow the relationships that are so very important to us.

One member of our team doesn’t share our last name, but we do think of him as family. Dan is our Director of Maintenance. He responds quickly and always goes above and beyond to take care of our professionals. They think the world of him, and we do too.

With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, we truly believe our success is driven by our commitment to those who have given us the opportunity to be a part of their careers. We are beyond grateful to be the salon home for so many amazing beauty professionals.
